Hello
Does anyone know why you are asked on the BR SOA, if you have been a director of a LTD company in the last 5 years? I have worked for a relative during this time, and was a director of their company for a while. There was no personal gain to me, I was just paid the minimum wage. I just wondered if there were any implications, as I would prefer my relatives not to know about my impending bancruptcy. What does the OR actually do with this information?
