And order advocat, In the uk it's prescription only and it's what most vets use now. It's half the cost on this website about £15 for 3 pipettes, and free delivery.
Might take up to 10 days to get it in the post but I swear its THE best flea treatment out there!!
For anyone looking at that site its https://www.ourpetworld.net I think.
spartacusthe1st... can you order from here without prescription?0 -

I personally wouldn't take the risk of ordering prescription-only medication like Advocate without a prescription for numerous reasons
Just about to finish my lunchbreak, but to summarise quickly, a few companies have been doing the above, selling POM without prescription by operating from outside of the UK and I have seen numerous reports of various problems
- counterfeit products. If you're lucky, they'll simply be less or ineffective. If you're not, they could cause your pet serious harm
- out of date products. They may be cheap, but they're false economy of they're no longer effective
- no product at all. This websites have UK phone numbers, addresses and emails displayed but when you hit a snag you then find these details are just a UK front - a PO box, an invalid email address, an automated phone system. You may get lucky getting a refund through your credit card company, if you paid with that method, but it's a waste of time and money for your efforts.
Not only that but you stand on iffy legal ground as to whether you'd be in trouble for "importing" prescription medication without a prescription. Plus if you got stung for import tax, your savings may not be so great afterall.
My pets' health is worth more to me than a £10 or £20 saving. I buy from the cheapest, reputable online pharmacy I can find but I draw the line at gambling with importing POM medication without a prescription.0 -

the issue must have been the surroundings.
having sprayed the house once over thoroughly with indorex - I emailed the company who had sold the product to me and came to the conclusion of it being damaged, as it came damaged in the post. They had sent out another can and this time everything worked great. Plus ordered another advantage (set of 4) from amazon - being nearly twice cheaper than when buying from the vets. Thorough hoovering, spraying and treating the cats and it has all worked out greatthank you for all the helpful responses.

We've had more trouble with fleas these last few month than ever before - cats are always up to date with Frontline but I kept finding flea dirt in their coats and they were scratching. Vet said that fleas are becoming immune to certain treatments and she'd started using a new product for her seven cats made by Bayer, called Seresto. An impregnated collar which would last for up to 9 months, cost £20 each. We bought three of these and within a couple of days, not a trace of flea dirt to be found. I also used Indorex throughout the house and hoovered like a person obsessed..0

Those collars look interesting. What's the best spray to get for the house?0
