This might of been suggested already but have you looked at buying the sugar paste flowers already made? I bought mine and stuck them on with some royal icing I mixed up . Not sure if that will work ? Good Luck

Just thought ide keep you updated! Made a start on making the sugar roses and they havent turned out to bad! I did look at buying them but didnt think they were that cheap. So far its only cost £10 and thats for all the bits to make them aswell and its kinda fun.

I've found a recipe decided just gonna go with 3 tiers now, 10" 8" & 6". I've priced it up and it should come in round about the £70-£80 mark but Sainsburys keep giving me £10 off when you spend £50 vouchers so i'm using these and my nectar points for the ingredients so hoping I should come in round about the £50-£60 mark. I'm all for making it and have confidence that it should turn out ok and to be honest i've gone past the stress point and thinking ah it's just a cake thats alittle more important than normal. Will post a photo once it's made in a few weeks . Thanks for your help.
