A little rant, we're getting married around 70 miles from where we live which our reception venue is aware of so when I emailed them last week requesting to allow us to visit with a supplier tomorrow so she may view the room I at least expected a response. I called twice yesterday to be told I'd get a call back but nothing so other half called today and again no call back. Getting a little irritated to be honest. Fortunately for us our supplier has been very understanding but surely I'm entitled to be a bit narked with our hotel given the money we'll be spending with them.

Did you get the name of the person you spoke to? were they in authority, don't speak or leave messages with just anyoneBlackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

The lady we asked to speak to seemed to be in appointments all day on both days so had no choice but to ask reception to get her to call us. You'd have thought one out of the three messages would have got through0
