    reminds me of when i got overcharged by about 85p and when i called for a refund they said 'but it's only 85p!'.

    can avoid longer route by touching out and then in at Blackhorse rd but the point is that people will not know about the need to do so

    why do TFL think they can overcharge and complain when u ask for it back?

    If we underpaid by a similar amount, they would definitely want the extra payment.
