MEAF claims without original copies. Any Ideas?

Hi all,

I have got redemption statements for mortgages from Derbyshire Home loans, Direct Line Mortgages and Kensington Mortgages. Unfortunately, I have not got the original paperwork showing what the exit fees were going to be. Also I am not sure which bank any of them are linked with, although I have a feeling directline may be Royal Bank of Scotland.

Not sure where to start because template letter on this site only seems to be
to claim if you knew the original exit fee.

Has anyone got any experience with the above lenders?

The template has two sections, one if you knew the fees, one if you don't. I sent of a claim wit only a redemption statement a few days ago and made a best guess on what the original fees were going by the table provided.
