out a house? if you have credit card debts can these be debited in any way or taken into account when calculating things?

Maybe...and only in very limited circumstances. If you used a credit card to buy something for the property such as an emergency gas boiler repair then yes you can claim the interest on the money borrowed. You need very good records to show that the money taken from the credit card was used to pay for the repair....and is separate to your day to day personal living expenses...i.e a card which is only ever used for the house.out a house? if you have credit card debts can these be debited in any way or taken into account when calculating things?:footie:
