Valentines Dessert

Hope someone can help me here. I always plan a valentines meal for myself and my wife, as I like think I have done it all myself, and not just warmed it up, or taken it out of the fridge. I'm stuck for a dessert. We have had the Billionaires Dessert before from M&S, and both liked it There's a picture here

I've seen similar recipes, but I wondered if there was a quick recipe, that I could prepare and get out of the way before she returns from work (we are both at work on valentines day, but I get home an hour before). I've seen one from Simon Rimmer that involves making the buscuit base, which takes up some of the time.
It's not the cost of buying this from M&S (it would probably be cheaper than buying the ingredients), but I would like to make it myself.

Not quite the same but what about toffee profiteroles
Delia has a great (and easy) choux pastry recipe. Make choux buns fill with cream and top with toffee sauce. Arrange in a heart for extra valetines'ness!0 -
