got my first snap & save item today.

Sent off a Sainsbury receipt (well had to scan back & front then scan both images together as it was such a small receipt) for sweetcorn & got confirmation back within a couple of hours

Yesterday I put in my claim for Snap and Save but it's not showing tracked yet. I also discovered a few items from previous weeks which are showing as not tracked. Can you please advise me as what to do please.

auditbabe, I'm sure someone will come on that has more experience than me - I was surprised my first time tracked so quickly, but then it might be down to the items bought?

it might help if you listed what items you're waiting for - others may have had same problems.

Usually items track amazingly fast so I was surprised when I checked this morning to see my balance hadn't grown. Any advice would be gratefully received

the sweetcorn is what I got - from Sainsburys - can you input the details again to TCB, perhaps?
Are you sure all details asked for were showing?

There is also a TCB thread on here where you can ask a TCB rep questions and they can sometimes sort out any problems.

They have been very helpful to me.

Thank you for that Poppyoscar that did occur to me late last night. I found the problem was that I scanned the receipt then saved it in the wrong format. I have since changed it and happy to report that my cashback has been paid.:beer:
