Does anyone know how TCB take to email you Amazon codes. I requested them 5 days ago and no sign of them. Other companies seem to do it instantly.0

How do those of you who shop at Sainsbury get on when the receipt has the date on the back.
I normally use the phone app but I can't do that with Sainsbury receipts,I've had to take 2 pictures ,join them together to show both sides of the receipt and save it as 1 pic and then upload that via the website.
Bit of a palaver to save a couple of quid
Same way as you did it- it is fiddly but if you don't want to do it then no-one is forcing you too.
I always scan receipts as I don't have a smartphone so this is just one extra step for me which I am happy to do for some money back.Does anyone know how TCB take to email you Amazon codes. I requested them 5 days ago and no sign of them. Other companies seem to do it instantly.
I have had three recently- two took 2 days and the other took 7. TCB FAQ states to allow 14 days.
One tip I would give is don't wait for the email, keep checking payments in your TCB account. Emails tend to arrive hours after I have found the code in my account and marked it as used!
They are slower than they used to be, whether this is Amazon or TCB i don't know. Remember other sites generally issue whole amounts ie £10 so it's dead easy for them to obtain the code, have it on file and then issue. Not so much for TCB who have to request a code from Amazon for each payment because the amounts are unique.0 -

TCB allow you to fold your receipt so long as you are showing the store, the item and the details at the end of the receipt. This is fine if you have bought several items - I try and put my cash back items through first.
Came unstuck when I had only the one item and couldn't fold it. On that occasion I followed their advice and took a photo of each side and e-mailed snapandsave@topcashback.co.uk. Think You need to email from the addy registered on the site. This went through fine although a little longer than usual. Hth0 -
Is it just me that thought it was 11th today and was expecting new offers added tomorrow. They usually expire on a Sunday so have been thinking today was 11th! Maybe they will add 4 new offers tomorrow to replace the ones that expire today.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0

Hi, anyone submitted the Ribena from Morrisons ending today?
The reason I ask is that it is for the 1 litre bottle but Morrisons have it half price at £1.43. All the receipt shows is "Ribena £1.43 "
Will that go through OK, how will they know it is not the small bottle?
All this for 30p!:rotfl:

I had the squash from Asda on my receipt with just the product code & called "soft drinks".
This was approved very quickly.
I imagine TCB have access to pricing data just like we do, and more besides...0 -

I fell out with snap and save last week when they added poor offers so haven't done any snapping and saving this week. I don't buy any of the items listed but the cashback wasn't as good as previous offers. Fingers crossed there will be better offers added tomorrowA home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
Have they been messing with the expiry dates again? I am pretty certain that all the offers expired today, 11.03.13 but quite a few are now showing expiry 18.03.13A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0
