I am glad it was sorted for you and really quickly too.

I edited my post as mine has been paid already.........That has to be a record (well for me anyway - paid in minutes)

Mine have taken around 24 hours to be approved but I did submit one which was payable within a couple of hours, I think it was approved at the same time as the receipt I submitted the day before. Had you any still pending of yesterday which could be why your receipts off today have been approved so quickly?

Yes the McCains were a nightmare to try and work out. I only have chips a couple of times a year lol. My family only eat homemade and I can't stand the smell in the house after :)
Maybe I will try the red bag sometime.

I don't like home made chips or the smell of fat from frying them! I can only eat fish shop chips or McCains oven fries in the red bag. I live on them, don't know how I am still so slim but I won't complain :) The chips that are included in the offer have a very dirty potato taste (the only way I can explain it). I love chips but they are awful so wouldn't want them even as a freebie. :D The McCains oven chips in blue bag are nice too, very filling with being chunky but they take forever and a day to cook.

I would love to hear other peoples views on them as it can't be just be who thinks they have an awful/dirty potato taste.

I have only tried them once, maybe I got a bag from a dodgy batch but I definitely wouldn't want to try them again even as a freebie. :rotfl:

£2.22 in Asda, 72p after cashback for anyone who wants to sample them :D

  • Used Snap & Save for the first time today. Bought a 24-pack of Jaffa cakes at Morrisson's. The money showed as payable just 15 mins after I had uploaded the reciept, was super impressed!!

There's something I still haven't figured out. Today I only bought 1 pack of cakes, if I had bought 2 packs at the same time (i.e. the 2 packs on the same reciept) and uploaded that reciept, would I then get £2 cashback as long as it was on the same reciept...??

No .... In the T & C it states each offer can only be done once in a 7 day period ..

That was very quick! Pleased to see you have had no problems.

As for the McCains chips, I noticed them in Iceland yesterday and was slightly confused as underneath the price it stated 1.8kg but the weight on the bag stated 2.25 net weight. TCB terms state 1.81kg bags only (Highlighted the 1 after the 8 as some bags are 1.8kg). It seems to be only the yellow bag that is included which is a shame as I only eat the fries in the red bag. Not sure if it is just me but I think the chips in yellow bag have a very funny taste so I don't enjoy them.
I got some 1.81 kg McCains in Sainsbury's yesterday.
    And some fish fingers.
    That'll be tea tomorrow.

Was it the McCains chips in yellow bag? Let me know what you think of the taste, I am unsure if mine were just a bad batch or if they supposed to taste the way they did. :)

I am really impressed with how quick TCB are paying out for the snap and save offers (usually within 24 hours). I wonder who is paying this cashback, it just seems far too quick for the merchants to be paying out especially since they take weeks or months to pay cashback on internet purchases.

I've had a problem with TCB today regarding a referral bonus (they won't pay out on a genuine referral) but nothing can put me off using the snap & save as I love it, thanks for getting me addicted :) I always preferred Quidco as they were more reliable in my experience but don't bother with it now since I started with TCB snap and save plus the Quidco clicksnap seems very unreliable hence why I am not bothering wasting my time with it.

They haven't paid me for referring my son, but I'm not sure if that counts as a genuine referral? He lives in my house but he's got his own bank account.
