The closing time/date for entries is 11:59pm 28/02/13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or delayed entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

4. Only one entry per email address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification.

5. No purchase necessary to enter.

6. There will be 3 prize winners who will be selected via a random independently supervised draw from all entries received up until the closing date. Each prize will include return flights for two people to Paris, return transfers from the airport to the hotel, 2 nights bed and breakfast accommodation at the 4 star Arc de Triomphe hotel, dinner for 2 people at Restaurant 58 Tour Eiffel and at the Kong Restaurant (as specified by the Promoter), Horse & Carriage Tour of Paris and Travel insurance. Winners and their companion accompanying them on the trip must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid passport and all necessary visas. Winners will be notified by the email address they entered by 28.03.13. If a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of first being notified the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize eligibility.

7. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Easter, School holidays and Bank holidays (in UK and France). Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest.

8. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. The Promoter recommends that all passengers review the travel insurance and check that it is appropriate for their needs prior to commencing any flight.

9. All travel must be completed by 27th February 2014. Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets.

10. All third party terms and conditions relating to the prize apply. All travel is subject to the carrier's general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.
