Sometimes paid weekly sometimes fortnightly?!

Options
I've finally got some form of Child support sorted after well over 4 years, my ex is "on benefits" (he's committing benefit fraud) and I get £2.50 a week.

Sometimes it is paid weekly and sometimes fortnightly (but it hasn't been paid for three weeks now) Do you have any idea why the payments keep changing from weekly to fortnightly?

Benefit fraud? What's he claiming? What is the fraud? If he is claiming and shouldn't be then you will probably get nothing.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

He runs LTD companies, does work and doesn't put it through the books, builds up a load of money on the side and debt then dissolves the companies and starts all over again in a different name.

This is the 6th 'business' now in 4 years. He also claims benefits, he was on Incap when that was about but I think he is on JSA now, possibly ESA though.

I keep telling the CSA about the businesses but they do nothing. It's a right pain in the bum!

The payments keep switching from weekly to fortnightly it has happened a couple of times now, but I haven't had any money for about 3 1/2 weeks now. I will give them a ring on monday...

It's not really worth it for £2.50 a week!

if he is on JSA/ESA it doesnt mean he isnt declaring money earnt... benefits are lost for income earned... so if benefit is £71 a week, and he can earn £20 a week his self, does he loose the £71 benefit? ... hmmm...

since you dont know what benefit he is claiming, it seems unlikely that you know a great deal about his business..

and BTW: ESA: permitted work means that he can earn up to £95/week and it wont affect his money for 52 weeks, as long as he doesnt work over 16 hours a week... - after 52 weeks, he gets £ for £ reduction after the first £20.

and his lible for a fiver maintenance... guess since you only get £2.50, he has more kids to provide for via the csa?...
