Final year university student - wedding survey. PLEASE HELP!

Hello everyone,
I'm a third year fashion management with marketing student at Southampton Solent university and for my final year project, I am exploring the process of researching, branding and launching a new business.
The business I have chosen is a small, wedding boutique and I have complied a short survey (only 12 quick-answer questions!) to gather research that explores what consumers want from a wedding retailer.
