Has anybody here made their C.V public? By doing so has any employers contacted you?

I've made my C.V public and want to know is it a good idea?

My CV is public and searchable on jobsite. Employers don't call me, but agency recruiters do and it's been great not having to apply for jobs directly but have them almost begging to put me forward.

The downside is that when I make my CV available, I get bombarded with phone calls for the next couple of days, often different agents trying to put me forward for the same jobs.

But since last February when I posted my CV online, I've had an offer within a week of going on the market each time.

So yes, I think it's a good idea.
