1st. Has she already been made bankrupt?
Or was this "hearing" a bankruptcy petition by a creditor?
How long has she been sharing the property with you? And has she contributed to the deposit when buying it, the mortgage, repairs, upkeep etc?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
