Received my prize - but wrong size!

A while ago I won a comp with NME for £300 of lowlife clothing.
I had a phonecall a couple of days ago from Lowlife asking for my size so they could send out the clothes and today they have arrived - only in a size bigger! I havnt't got the contact details for lowlife - should I contact NME or are the unlikely to exchange it?

    Like other posters I suspect a small mistake on someones part is the cause and they will resolve without fuss, If they put up a fight the law is on your side however as the goods still have to be "fit for purpose" which they clearly are not if they don't fit, the fact it is a prize and you have not purchased them is irrelevant.
    Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.

    well done give them a ring find the number on the site im sure its on there and i doubt they will mind esp as its obviously error on their part enjoy them when you get the right size that is!
