Took a fixed term contract in May last year in one role within a company.
At the end of that contract my manager told me they were changing the role and it would need more PM experience than I have (25 gangs 3 counties, rolling 23 week programme for a period of 2.5 years)
He then hired someone who already worked here with none.
I feel fed up!
I love my new role but im still fed up. Cheer me up please?
