Hi there,
Just wondered if anyone could help me with this question....We remortgaged our home last year and paid fees of £220. Can we get this back?
thanks

If you mean £220 to old lender in form of an exit fee - then possibly
Otherwise I doubt itAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
If it was a product fee then no. If it was an exit fee then you may be able to claim back the difference between what you paid and what was on the original contract.0

As said, it really depends on what kind of fee this is0

Hi again,
okay, on the back of the mortgage statement it says:- Fee Charged: any fee which has been charged to the account after completion of the loan.
Hope that helps
thanks
