Hi just rang Carphone Warehouse to buy the Kindle Fire and they are selling the Kindle Fire HD for £139....with next day delivery!

Carphone warehouse has increased the price of the Kindle Fire (not HD) from £89 to £99 from yesterday, so despite the additional sales the free advertising they would have got :(through moenysavingexpert.com, it's not been enough and they have greedily hiked the price.

Huh ... yeah, I just went in to Carphone Warehouse today to get the Kindle Fire. They not only told me that it was £99, but also told me it had never been available for £89 ... thing is, if they'd just had it as a £99 deal from the start I probably would have gone for it. But it got my back up so much that they would confirm centrally that they've got an offer for £89, and have "plenty of stock" - and then quietly hike the price next day, that I just walked out.

I can confirm the offer was definitely on. I ordered mine on Wednesday and it came yesterday. Price was £89.

I had a look in store yesterday and the assistant said that its possible these will go back to £89 - they have masses of stock In the warehouse.
