Stuck on what to do...?

I currently work as shorthaul cabincrew 55 miles from my home and I'm getting fed up of the commute and the constant childcare problems I only do 2 or 3 days a week I take home anything between £600 and £950 a month dependant on what flights I get rostered, I have been looking for jobs nearer to where I live and I have applied for a job as a theatre support worker at the hospital but the money isn't great £14153-£17253 pro-rata'd but it will take me 5 mins to get to work rather than the an hour and a half I really don't know what to do for the best. I spend about £20 a day in fuel getting to work, the new job sounds really interesting and I know I could train to become an ODP in 2 years, my current job is good fun some days and other days awful but the constant problem with childcare really winds me up! Any advice would be greatly received!

Do what's best for you in the long run. It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0

Sometimes or if not often, days can be awful.
Anyhow, when feelings like that arise just think of the main goal. And just stay determined that you'll find a new job that's more convenient to you and provide you more advantages.

I know, it's just a hard decision as I've been flying for nearly 5 years now and I love the passengers I have just moved bases after my maternity leave and because I haven't worked alot I've not really built relationships with people and therefor feel like an outsider
