Bridging loan for car

Good evening.

I need to buy a car as mine was written off in an accident. It may mean that I have to borrow £10K until the insurance money comes through which could be 2to 3 weeks.

In your opinion, what is the best and cheapest method of doing this.

Many thanks for your help.

W.

Hire one or buy a cheap runabout?

Have they not supplied a car for you? Was the incident your fault with no hire car guarantee?

  • If you need to borrow try for an overdraft. Take correspondence from your insurer to prove that they have accepted your claim and that they will pay or you are likely to be declined.
