Endowment surrender Help

Can anybody out there help me, I have just received an offer from my endowment company.
they have offered me a redress value or i can take a redress and surrender value.
would it be advisable to take the redress and sell my policy to one of the companys that advertise or surrender my policy back to my company.
Or keep the policy and take the redress
any advice most welcome

Figures, provider, funds, projections, bonuses (all types), cost of replacement life cover.....

The provider is winterthur ,redressand surrender value £15000, redress value £3858 , this policy covers a mortgage of £42,438,premiums are £86.98 per month excluding accident benefit cover , the notional decresing term assurance premiumsgiven are 19.28 per month replacement life cover quoted by winterthur is £19.28 per month

Is this a unit linked policy? If so, you will not be able to sell it but will have to go the surrender route.
