Sounds interesting. What glaring inaccuracy did you find in one of his posts and how long ago did you find it?

    A couple of years ago.

He informed me that there were hundreds of capital protected, inflation proof savings products. I repeatedly asked him to point these out (I was genuinely interested, but also suspicious of his claims), but he skirted the issue. In the end (after much questioning), he told me that they were simply stocks and shares funds, which obviously put capital investment at risk.

I'll also add that he once accused me of being another forum member, geneer. I have only every had one forum account, the one I'm using now.

As an aside, the vultures seem to be circling again....

Why do they always have to go around in gangs? Seen it so many times that bullies have to club together before they start anything. Meek as lambs when they are on their own. :)

    Methinks you should lighten up.

You take it all so seriously.

A couple of years ago??!! Really? :rotfl:

Wow, this renoman must have given you an absolute forum drubbing over the past 2 years if you're dredging up that 'victory'!! Jeeze, are you really going on about something from 2 years ago! Tee-hee. This renoman must have really gotten under your skin, he must have totally destroyed you in every single argument you ever had with him if you are harping back 2 YEARS! :rotfl::rotfl:

The sad thing is that, according to the more moderate people on this forum who PMed me, even that 'victory' two years ago wasn't true.

Apparently you were arguing with someone else about inflation linked savings and old renoman simply told you that there were plenty of products that could beat inflation and that when you asked him you list them all he simply said you should DYOR. According to my sources, he even had to explain thet DYOR meant "Do Your Own Research".

Well, we can plainly see why you follow him around like a whipped dog, I wonder why the other vultures follow him around?
  • Bottom line renoman is that you have been PPR'd aka banned. Changing your user name doesn't make you anymore welcome.

Dunno who this renoman is who you keep harping on about but he's also clearly given you a forum beatdown. Dry your eyes baby boy and man up. I bet you are the type who runs to the mods to complain. With your lower lip all quivery and a tear in your eye?

"Oh, he keep undermining my crasher arguments. Once renoman prop is taken away then house prices will fall!"
  • Has he mentioned pensions yet?
LOL, and another one who has suffered a forum drubbing. According to the regulars on here who PMed me, renoman eviscerated this one so much in a pensions discussion that all he does is follow people around who he thinks is renoman and gibbers about pensions. :rotfl:

"Oh the pensions, the pensions, the pensions made me mad. Renosmerlda my love, come to me!"

Care to share all these PMs Reno or is it the usual fan club:rotfl::rotfl:

For someone who posts how successful he is I find it sad that you appear to have such problems on an anonymous forum.

I have never challenged the fact they are wonderful tax efficient vehicles.

I think you have since posted, under one of your names, that you accept pensions are part of balanced savings approach.
