BTL Remortgage Question?

I’m applying for a BTL Remortgage and it states on the form, how many tenants are currently in occupation in the property.
Do I include Children? Or only their parents who are on the AST?

I am absolutely sure that Helpful is right. The last one I did I only put the Adults on the AST and their teenage son who was 18.0

Thanks andrew. The tenants are the ones who hold a tenancy agreement with you. If any children are18 or over I would put them on the ASTI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0

Me too personally but this couple hadn't. So had to name the son on the app for the 'right to reside' issues.0
