How long do I wait for the OR to contact me after court

I declared BR on Monday this week, have not heard yet from OR. Is this normal as I understood they would call within 2 days?

Hi, I was made BR on Fri 1 feb and OR called on the Mon just to get a few basic details, he then called yesterday to book tel interview for next weds....

When we went bankrupt over 2 years ago, it was within 24 hours that the OR called and asked us a few basic questions. Then they agreed a time with us to spend about half an hour on the phone the following week, to go through every nitty gritty detail of our finances. (This was about a week after the bankruptcy.)

Each OR does things slightly different, but the majority will make the initial phone call within 3 working days. If you don't hear from them within a week of your bankruptcy, then I would phone them and say you're concerned that they haven't contacted you yet.

The OR's details would have/should have been given to you by the court at the time of bankruptcy.

I think they all do it differently. I went to court 2 weeks ago and i like you expecting a call. In the end i rang and they informe me that a letter will arrive in about 2 weeks with an appointment in it. And it did - no call.
A suggestion is to just ring the number on your paper work and ask Nothing worse that just waiting.

I went bankrupt on January 2nd and I was instructed to call the OR,s office the next day as they are so busy. I had my telephone interview just over 2weeks later which took all of 25 minutes.

Hello,What do OR do.
When they take your information , do they tell straight away if you have an IPA. , they will obviously check up on what they are told , what happens if you don't have the reference numbers etc of the mortgage companies etc ?
Just got loads going on in my head right now , don't know how I'll get through to next week.
Any advice , thank you very much in advance
