bancruptcy due to illness

hi, my name is Robert, i started a small cafe and sugar craft shop in June 2012, but in July was diagnosed for the second time with cancer, this meant i had to have major body altering surgery and was and still am unable to work . until xmas i could not even stand or sit properly. on xmas eve i closed the shop because i wasn't there to run it and it wasn't making enough money to cover the wages let alone the rent and rates. now i don't know what to do as i am on benefits, have no money apart from this and am being taken to court by the landlord and the council. the keys were handed back to the landlords agents and the landlord was more than amicable due to the situation.
