Need advice against hospital

Hi guys,
I really need your help, I have been contacting my local MP to get advice with solicitors. It take me about 6 weeks for him to response. He sent me the first letter as he said have I been tried with my local citizens advice bureau to seek for solicitors and if I could not find it I have to let him know. I have responded his letter and I have told him that I have already tried it, I have looked everywhere and none of them would take it due to three years limitation. He responded my letter last week and he said that he was not aware about the time limitation and he said that he cannot help. Do you know what i would need to do? Do I need to make appointment to see him?
What about if I should go and see a lawyer if i have to pay or if it free if that would help me out?? What other way I could do about it? Do I need to contact action against medical accidents to see if they could help me?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

You had very good advice in your other post last November asking exactly the same thing.
But you chose to be abusive so obviously people are not going to waste thier time.
Go and see a solicitor, you could get possibly a free half hour session with one.
But to be honest, I think you are flogging a dead horse.
What do you want from it, money?
You would be better moving on and letting your poor father rest in peace.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Hello Chris, thank you for your PM asking for advice.
I never give private advice, but having found this thread, I now recall your last thread - and your response to my advice which was....Are you being an idiot?
I don't think there is anything I can add.
DI'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

I am sorry for being rude to you and I don't really meant to say it. I was an arrogant. Apart from this, why you could not be able to help me because you are a retired emplyment solicitor?
i am not being treated fairly that i should get advice. I am sure you know how to advice me and there is alot of different ways to get legal advice especially if i would need to contact my local MP, AAMA, lawyer or barrister.0 -
The advice on the other thread is accurate, the only thing I can add is that an ongoing complaint with the ombudsman was not a bar to making a legal claim, so you have no good reason for applying outside the time limit.
Your MP cannot give you legal advice. You could contact a solicitor, but you will only get the same advice that you have here.
I would suggest that you get some bereavement counselling to enable you to work through your issues and move forward.0 -

You are time barred, you must move on for the sake of your sanity man.
Look at the bold above, spend your money on that instead of wasing money on givinga solicitore £200 an hour.

In response to your PM Chris, you have not read what I have written - there is no point in contacting a solicitor!
Counselling is available either through your GP, or through a charity such as Cruse. It is also known as therapy, talking about your problems.
Please stop asking for legal advice and focus on moving forward with your life.0
