Payment RECEIVED from Wonga
Hi,
I took a loan from Wonga recently which I received into my bank account but today I have also received another amount into my bank account from them which I haven't asked for. It isn't showing as available to me though and I don't want it but really really confused why this has happened. Anyone else ever had this happen to them????

Give them a call. They WILL find out about it, if you don't tell them asap you may find yourself in a real battle with them.0

Hi, The money is in my bank account but not showing available to spend and I have no intention of spending it anyway. Very confused0

As Apples2 has said give them a call about it. It may have been that they gave you money twice then done a chargeback thing to it which may take a day to reverse which is why you cant access it.
But DO NOT spend it if you can access it"If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0
