When are 6yrs up

Well I've lived with BR and it has been a GREAT learning curve :j

I have a couple of questions. I was declared BR on the 5th Oct 2007 and discharged on the 10th June 2008. When are my 6 years up. Is it from discharge or from when i was declared BR.

Secondly should I be looking at doing things now. i.e. Cleaning Credit files etc. I did have a big purge on this during 2008.

    BR drops off credit files 6 years frm the initial BR date.

    I would be checking your credit files to make sure any defaults are dated on or before your BR order date, so they disappear at by the same time.
