Hi all
Well due to see broker on Tues about fixed rate for 10yrs. But now the skipton one (5.39% -one of my options) has been taken off! Can any brokers tell me if the accord one (5.39%) is still available (this was the one she intially said i could go for). Other than that from the fsa tables i am getting the lowest monthly costs from Nationwide(5.48%), Abbey (5.49%) and HSBC (5.49%- no fees until 7 may). As i need to get things moving fast (repossession house) could any brokers tell me which they think are the best to deal with...mind you HSBC is direct only.
Also Nationwide doing 25yr fix (5.63%) but only erc for first 10 years. So perhaps this could be another option? What do you think?
Any advice/info appreciated.

Nationwide are withdrawing their 25yr fix so that wont be an option. I believe Abbey have just put their rate up (today?) to 5.59.... act fast basically!
(I've been watching the same rates you want lol)0
