I can't fault ishoe at all. I ordered a bag yesterday and it is out for delivery today. They have kept me informed all the way and I have even just received a text telling me the name of the delivery driver and a delivery slot of between 9.36 and 10.36.

I wish all mail order companies were like that. I have ordered a sideboard and TV unit on the 7th January. When I try to trace the parcels (yep they've split the order into 2) there is no information available. Can you guess who the courier is - yep YODEL!!!

i ordered one yesterday, its just arrived & i'm very pleased, what a fantastic bargain! i was kept up to date on the progress of my order/delivery, excellent service from ishoe will definitely buy from them again, very impressed! oh & it doesn't even smell that bad!

Ordered mine at 3pm yesterday and just had an email to say it's been left with a neighbour. VERY IMPRESSED with service from ishoe! With regard to quality of the product - I previously ordered a clutch from www.branch309.co.uk by irregular choice to match my shoes. Having worked in Schuh before, I expected it to be a bit of a naff quality like the Red or Dead clutch bags but was pleasantly surprised by how good it was even though UPVC. Will be a nice size bag for work so I won't use my nice Radley one DH got me for xmas. And if it's naff, I'll gift it my sister for her bday

Its very big will take plenty if daily handbag accumulation plus a change f clothes and your toothbrush if need be
I did show it to my daughter first as I've got some of the more way out designs that she isn't keen on. I think she will love it.

OMG mines just arrived..fab service ..will definatley buy from i shoes again:))..bag is stunning ..slight smell but a wipe with some fabric softner on damp cloth and a skoooosh of Thierrys womanity and its even more gorgeous...im gutted im going to the gym..i wish i could take it with me :jthank you Op XX
