Bankrupt as of 2/5/2007 9.57am

Thank you so much guys we had our court date yesterday and everything went really well. OH didn't need to see anyone the paperwork was taken to a judge and signed and then brought back to us signed of and we were declared bankrupt at 9.57am.

We are now just waiting for the OR interview which will be in a couple of weeks they say.

Finally we can see a future without debt drowning us in sheer misery. Thank you everyone for the help yo offered when I asked its really helped

    Hi Claire,

Congratulations, it really is such an incredible feeling when you eventually free yourself from the shackles of debt and the misery it causes. It's a bit early for a beer but I will have a :coffee:

thats the one thing I struggled with at the start..all the phonecalls..but started to make it into a little game after a while, kept one creditor on the phone on hold for nearly an hr before they gave up... have fun!!
