when to move the money out of offset

Hi all,
so basically thanks to your advise i am now 100% off set, :j
so my question is when do i draw the money out of the off set account to keep it level with the outstanding mortgage balance
A) draw the mortgage payment back out the offset the same day (its paid in ) (or day after) it shows up on the online facility (DD on 15th )
draw it out when the interest has been calculated (i expect there to be a small indifference between the two as was fully offset as from 1st this month) and the new balance is shown (1st of following month) interest calculated daily but only shown online first day of the following month.
i dont want to start getting letters saying that i have too much money in my offset and therefore need to take it out etc etc,
thanks guys

For the sake of a few pence. Why run it so close to the wire? Easier enough to estimate but leave a few £'s margin.0

ballance on the 15th and the 1st(which should only be a check if you have it right).0

offset and mortgage account held with building society,
dd mortgage payment made from another bank account
so at some point i will have to draw it out offset and pay back to other bank account and then shift to another savings account0 -
