Does anyone know the process for submitting a REMO form to the court ?

My local magistrates court as never heard of or dealt with a REMO form.
If you were holding a completed REMO form in your hand and you were inside the magistrates court, who do you see and what do they do with the form ? I'm aware its best I get the form back and submit directly to REMO and to use the magistrates, not the county court.
But what is the process to submit the application ?
