Hello
I was wondering , FTB ,looking at 185k house and between 40-50 LTV required....no defaults or late payments on credit reports , long time bank with Natwest , 28k p/a salary
My question , should i approach Natwest directly or go straight to a whole of market broker....?
Thanks

Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

Why not do both? See what Natwest could offer you then approach a broker to see if there are better options.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Excellent advice! , sorry , i didnt know if brokers who charge a fee (which may turn out to be the best deal finders) once you meet them , do they charge straight off the bat.....?Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Some will, some won't. Make sure you are agreed and clear on whatever fees are agreed and when paid.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
