OK.
from 28th nov ive been on Income support (however payment only started on 24th jan due to wife immigration / work SSP etc )
today, I have had two letters in the post
1) Assesment for £28/week
2) DEO statement, stating that my employer needs to leave me 191/fortnight after tax to live on. then they have to take £76/weekly payment off me.
the only thing is... I have the following issues with this:
1) I was paying PWC by standing order... but she keeps saying i havet paid her... sent bank statements to CSA and they agree payments have been made.
2) Im on prescribed benefit... off work due to sickness
3) the debt now stands at £562... apparantly ive failed to make numerous payments (!!!!!!? my debt was only £200, which i cleared on maintenance direct and CSA had proof and agreed to this previously?)
4) CSA apparantly wrote to me on 7th Dec, no such letter arrived.
5) they have to send a reminder before issuing a DEO.
and this is the most important...
6) on friday I called the CSA (have a recording) and PAID £30 by debit card - which actually put me into credit, as im currently (or at least WAS ) assessed at £5 per week due to income support.
lovely little day isnt it.
LOL... since im on DEO... do i call fortnightly to make the £5 payment? or do i let a debt rack up (ive called and wrote a letter today in regards to this... but what it'll do i dont know)
BTW: SSP is 85.85 week. this means i wont go above 191/fortnight in earnings... so nothing will be taken off income by DEO....
