Don't want this to sound patronising, so sorry if it does. Just trying to help!

Are you on the Mothercare site?
Are you buying toys over £15?
Have you used the code before? (Might be worth clearing your cookies and trying again if so).

If it still doesn't work I don't know what to suggest.

Many thanks for your help - Toys, £40, mothercare site. Not used before as far as I can remember. I've tried several times, even getting as far as my credit card security code, but then get the message that the code has expired! I've had similar problems on the MC site in the past.

I went through Quidco for my order. Just wondered if people who can't get the code to work, it shouldn't make any difference but it may, if they try going via Quidco ?!?
