Consolidation

Hi,
Things have been bad, they picked up for a short while but I'm in a desperate situation again.

I have a number of debts which I had missed my payment arrangements on and some have been taken to court.

I'm claiming back about a 3rd via bank charge refunds (hopefully!)

Anyway I'd defaulted on my mortgage a few times now (I"m self employed and have a lot of cash flow problems) and it's going to court soon.

Basically I'm wondering if there's any benefit in consolidating these debts into one loan as by the end of the year I should be getting some payments from business ventures and my projected cash flow looks better in the future.

Is this an advisable course? Are there any loans where I can just pay them off with no penalties for those with CCJs and terrible credit scoring such as mine?

I'd have a more restful sleep if so!

Thanks guys for your assistance!

You need to go and see the debt management person at you local Citizens Advice Bureau.

It will not help to put off the inevitable and all you are doing is making your situation worse the longer that you leave it.

You need to get you income and expenditure under control.

    Do it now!!
