What sort of loan? secured? unsecured? consumer? business?
Unlikely to find a consumer loan very close to the BoE base rate - as any lender needs to factor in the cost of running a business / overheads / paying staff and making a profit when offering loans.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Is there any loans available around the bank base rate of 0.5%?
Doubtful, unless you have a rich friend who is feeling generous.
