nram -together mortgage
£9000 overpayment on unsecured loan
Need to borrow back £3000
Told no as it is on the unsecured side of mortgage.
Was advised in sept it would be possible.
After my account has been referred to management and checked they have come back and still say no.
I have launched a complaint but wondered if anyone had any advice or even the tel number to the customer relations dept as it doesn't seem to exist!
