  • Diaries and calenders were further reduced to 10p - 50p but all other xmas items the same. Did notice some of the toys that were half price have just gone back to the normal toy shelves at full price.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Same at mine, I give up, I did notice some toys had around 75% off but not shown just a normal white label (Minnie Mouse toy £1 a game for £5 but nothing worth a trip out for) strange way of doing sales

Maybe there is not going to be any further reductions, the sale bit is getting smaller and smaller everytime I go, there will be nothing left by next week :(

If anybody is into wallpapering at the moment, my local Wilkinsons (Gloucester) has got packs of two rolls of paper for £2 the pair. In the clearance section by the paints and wallpapers. Obviously not enough for a whole room, but great for a cheap 'accent' wall. Some lovely patterns, I thought - but going fast!

My store (Louth) tell me they are expecting new displays (probably packaging too) and decorating /DIY items next week and they have "DIY Sale" thingies hanging from the ceiling! I suspect this is a rolling programme through out the stores.
For example: Anti splatter roller set £1- was at least £5
    paint pad set £2
    mini roller set 75 pence
    Some International paints @£1
Lots of oddments in plumbing & DIY- Different cupboard door handles, replacement tap tops- just assorted items. Some are 10 pence, others are 10% of original price.
Maybe not happening in your local store- yet!
    Worth watching
