after the gmtv programme i used the template letter to contact the Abbey. Just 3 working days later i received a cheque for £126.00 with quite a nice letter asking if i was happy with the figure. Not bad for the cost of a stamp with Martins help !!

does this apply when your mortgage agreement ends? i.e. full term 2 years at fixed rate, or just when you move it elsewhere?

Exit fees apply whenever you redeem your mortgage, whether it's the end of the natural term or not.0
