Hi I am looking at webcams There are so many.Could someone recomend. also do I need a microphone. I don't want anything to complicated or expensive. Your comments would be appreciated.

you'd need a microphone if you want to 'chat' while using the webcam as well. If i'm using my cam i just use the cam and chat via msn.
Which cam is a difficult one to answer as everybody gives a different answer. I just bought a cheap on and have no problems with it0 -
thanks once again . As I want to see my 2 year old niece. I don't think she will manage msn. yet another couple of months maybe! only joking. but you are right for the price you can't go to wrong.0

You may find a headset gives more convenience and better quality than a microphone.
