Someone got some for my son, and it was cheaper to buy it from america even including shipping. Do you have a formative fun shop because they ofteh have money off vouchers in theor brochures. HTH.

My son wants some of this stuff but which is best?

Been told only to buy one of the above as magnets in cheap sets arn`t up to the job.

Magnetix seems to be cheapest, and supermag has different size rods.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

trust me on this one...don't buy anything but Geomag. I initially bought some Geomag and they were great, then I bought two similar types (slightly cheaper) and they were bleeding awful. ANyway, I have now been on a bit of a crusade to find the cheapest Geomag sets on the market so I can buy some for the kids for Christmas.

I found some good suppliers in the US but by the time you pay shipping and duty it's hardly worth it.
Next I contacted the supplier for Geomag for my area (Wales and West) but he wanted to know the details of my toy store! So that was out of the question. Although I did wonder if an Ebay shop qaulified for 'Retail' status?
So, after scouring online shops everywhere I found the link below the cheapest.

If you can get to Bristol quite soon, Book Sale in Broadmead have an 'everything must go' sale and they had geomag (the real thing). I wish I could remember how much it was, but I'm sure it was a good price. If I get into town tomorrow I will try to check but can't promise ...
