    There's nothing for TS to investigate. Florian originally said there would be ten runners up, then said they have increased the number of runner up prizes (or prices, according to them). The competition regulators would be interested if there wasn't a main prize.

    was there a main prize winner? or was it just a ruse to get customers spending money?

    They could, but there's ways to find out if the person does exist at least ..
