I signed up with CCCS over the internet so had never done the whole budget over the phone thing before. I'm not great on the phone and have been like a cat on a hot tin roof all day worrying about it.
I needed of though
I spoke to a really lovely lady who was so polite and friendly, she didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed about my situation and even told me not to cut too many corners that I'm still allowed to have a life.
If anyone reading this is concerned that going to CCCS means they are going to have to lay their life open (so to speak) to a stranger then please don't give it a second thought. The people at the CCCS are so lovely and they really don't judge. Contacting CCCS was one of the best moves I've made in the last 3 years.

brilliant! this is good to know for any newbies worried about the process, CCCS get some good reports from DFW :T :T:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
