Tenants in common agreement for a married couple?

Hi all,
I have read somewhere that a tenant in common agreement is pointless for a married couple as effectively when divorcing the law ensures the split is 50:50, and this would mean one partner would still be entitled to the half of the asset (larger share in the property).
Is this true, or not?
Thanks
Maddie

I believe any party can revoke the agreement at will by giving the required notice.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
