Would I have been told by now?

I moved in with my partner 1 week before my BR.
I had not contributed anything to the bills/mortgage up to that point.
If the OR thought I had an interest in her property would they have told me by now? I am due to be discharged in one month.
I am guessing not, as my beneficial interest would be one weeks worth if you see what I mean.
Also how late in the day can they enforce an IPA? I have sent back two IPOQ forms and both times I haven't had a surplus for an IPA.
I don't know how long these things take?
Thank you

Anyone know the answer?
would they have to declare the interest before discharge?0 -
They would have said before now, and I can't imagine them thoinking there would be any interest.
For an IPO the application must be made to the court before your discharge.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks Fermi,
How long would that application take?
I am getting nervous they may apply for an ipa at the eleventh hour!
I guess most people worry about the same thing bit it always seems magnified when its happening to you
I have only heard from my OR twice since my BR0 -
Not long, but they would want to try for an IPA first.
Honestly, if you have no surplus then you have nothing to worry about.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
