    If that is in relation to the question about the electoral roll - you will likely find it very hard to get credit if you are not.

    This is like the Self Employed who put £8k a year through the books and put £60k a year in their pocket, then complain thay get rejected for a Mortgage.

    Not on the electoral roll will have them wondering if your a real person.

    Getting credit with mainstream lenders will be almost impossible.

    Big BOB down the pub will lend you some money. But the interest rates are rather extortionate and the security required is an arm and a leg literally. With some kneecaps also.
